The Religion so far
lol your starting to sound somewhat
like my kind. I'm not a member for
these very reasons. I dont believe
in blind obedience. While I respect
anyone strong enough to stand up for
their beliefs. I havent seen
anything that sets a jedi apart from
say a buddist except a buddist monk
isn...

Jedi in the Dictionary
Firstly I meant myself to do with the rant, and I
agree where is the money going; the donations
and the money for the certificates....

I feel
So much like Anakin when he finally
gave into the darkside. Hahahaha.
Except for the killing kids part.
That was kinda screwed up. When I
saw that I was like "WTF?!?!?!"...

The Religion so far (cont.)
Jesus did not make up a religion
overnight... Christianity is based
off of Judaism. Now if you want to
say that he manipulated Judaism to
his own beliefs or for his own
benefit well that's a moot point. We
could argue that point for years and
never get anywhere though. But the
fact i...

Its not really relevant how long it took or how he

The Jedi Council in
the movies was made
up of individuals
with proven talents
and abilities - to
connect with the
Force, wield the
Force, engage the
Force. Shouldn't a
council member "in
real life" be held
to no lower
standard?...

Building a Temple for all Jedi
This religion is great and I like
living as a jedi, though I think
it's time we got a Temple and i dont
mean a silly little church that you
can fit 100 people in just to pray,
no I mean a Temple that will be
humungous. able to hold 1000000 jedi
to train, learn and live. Though if
we ...

Building a Temple for all Jedi
It would be near impossible and would take up a
few small islands for a million, perhaps one for
1000, but anyway how do you propose we do this?...

Building a Temple for all Jedi
maybe I was out but no way should we
have one that holds 1000, maybe it
should be the size of a small town.
what do you think?...

Building a Temple for all Jedi
before building a temple wouldnt it
be more logical to define what
jedism is in a practical sense. What
is it that jedi will learn at the
temple? what is their practices etc,
what is the code that is central to
their life and how is it followed?
All these things must be established

I was just curious, I have not been
through the entire forum as of yet,
this is my first visit to the site.
I have long been interested in the
way the jedi perceive the
functioning of life in the universe
and had come to many of the same
conclusions myself. However, even

Building a Temple for all Jedi
A jedi is a individual who
knows,follows,understands the jedi
code, a individual that follows the
light and gains understanding
through knowledge but who is also
seperate from worldly temptations
and attachements as well as strong
emotion for objectivity as someone
blinded by such th...
